بررسی رابطۀ سرمایه فرهنگی دبیران زبان انگلیسی دورۀ متوسطۀ دوم با خودکارآمدی آن‌ها

چکیده

بررسی رابطۀ سرمایۀ فرهنگی دبیران زبان انگلیسی دورۀ متوسطۀ دوم با خودکارامدی آن‌ها در شهر مشهد، هدف اصلی این پژوهش است. دبیران زبان انگلیسی دورۀ متوسطۀ دوم نواحی هفتگانۀ مشهد( تعداد 607 نفر)به‌عنوان جامعۀ آماری در نظر گرفته شدند که از میان آن‌ها تعداد 242 نفر براساس جدول مورگان به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. نمونه‌گیری به-روش تصادفی ساده انجام پذیرفت. نوع پژوهش کاربردی و روش پژوهش، روش توصیفی پیمایشی است. دو پرسش‌نامۀ خودکارامدی و سرمایۀ فرهنگی به‌عنوان ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شدند. نرم‌افزارهای مورد استفاده برای بررسی-های آماری SPPS نسخۀ 23 و Amos نسخۀ 23 اند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد، میان سرمایۀ فرهنگی دبیران زبان انگلیسی دورۀ متوسطۀ دوم با خودکارامدی آن‌ها رابطه‌ای معنا‌دار و مثبت وجود دارد. به‌عبارت‌دیگر، دبیرانی که سرمایۀ فرهنگی بالاتری دارند، خودکارامدترند که در نتیجۀ آن به موفقیت‌های بیشتری در آموزش زبان انگلیسی به دانش آموزان دست می‌یابند

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between cultural capital of senior high school English teachers with their self-efficacy. To this end, senior high school teachers of seven districts in Mashhad (607) were selected as the study population, out of whom 242 were chosen through a simple random sampling as the sample population using Morgan sample size table. Applied research and survey method was used in this research. Self-efficacy and cultural capital questionnaires were used for data collection procedure. SPSS and Amos software version 23 were used for statistical analysis. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. The result showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between cultural capital of senior high school English teachers with their self-efficacy in Mashhad. In other words, teachers with higher cultural capital are more efficient. As a result, they achieve more success in teaching English to students.
