برنامهریزی راهبردی برای آموزش و یادگیری الکترونیکی زبان انگلیسی با استفاده از ماتریس SWOT: مطالعۀ موردی دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطۀ دوم در ایران

چکیده

پیشرفت‌های شگرف فناوری اطلاعات (IT) تغییرات گسترده‌‌ای در حوزه‌های مختلف اجتماعی و فرهنگی ایجاد کرده‌ است و حوزۀ آموزش زبان نیز از این قاعده مستثنا نیست. از مهم‌ترین تغییرات صورت گرفته در حوزۀ آموزش زبان می‌توان به آموزش الکترونیکی اشاره کرد. بکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات در آموزش زبان با وجود مزیت‌های فراوان، با چالش‌هایی نیز مواجه می‌باشد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقاط قوت و ضعف در بکارگیری آموزش الکترونیکی و ارائۀ راهبردهای ترکیبی در جهت بهبود وضعیت آموزش و یادگیری الکترونیکی زبان انگلیسی در مقطع متوسطۀ دوم در ایران است. در این راستا، با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی بر اساس ماتریس SWOT، نقاط ضعف و قوت، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای آموزش الکترونیکی آموزش و یادگیری زبان انگلیسی در مقطع متوسطۀ دوم شهر تهران شناسایی شده و راهبردهای ترکیبی برای بهبود وضعیت موجود در آموزش و یادگیری الکترونیکی زبان انگلیسی در مقطع متوسطۀ دوم در ایران پیشنهاد شده است. تحلیل یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد مهم‌ترین نقاط قوت آموزش و یادگیری الکترونیکی، دستیابی به آموزش در زمان و مکان متغیر و منعطف، توجه به تفاوت‌های فردی، کاهش حواسپرتی، پیشرفت همۀ فراگیران و ارتقای سریع و مؤثر میزان یادگیری زبان انگلیسی در فراگیران بوده و مهم‌ترین نقاط ضعف آن، نیاز به مهارت استفاده از فناوری و هزینه‌های اولیه بالا است. افزون‌بر‌این، عوامل بیرونی مؤثر بر آموزش و یادگیری الکترونیکی زبان انگلیسی تحت عنوان فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها نیز بیان شدند.

چکیده [English]

The tremendous advances in information technology (IT) have brought about extensive changes in various social and cultural fields, including language education. One of the most important changes observed in the field of language education is electronic education. Although using information technology in language teaching has many advantages, it also faces several challenges. The purpose of this research is to examine the strengths and weaknesses of electronic education and propose combined strategies to improve the situation of E-teaching and E-learning of English language in high school students in Iran.In this regard, using the descriptive-analytical method based on the SWOT matrix, the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of electronic education in teaching and learning English in high school students of Tehran city have been identified and combined strategies have been proposed to improve the current situation of E-teaching an E-learning of English language in high school students in Iran. The analysis of the research findings showed that the most significant strengths of electronic education are having access to education in variable and flexible time and place, attention to individual differences, reduction of distractions, the progression of all learners and the rapid and effective improvement of the level of English language learning in learners, and the most important weaknesses are the need for skill in using technology and high initial costs. In addition, the external factors affecting the electronic teaching and learning of English language are expressed under the title of opportunities and threats.
