The main issue of this study is to find an appropriate match between several common linguistic terms in the area of dialects and accents between both Russian and Persian languages, based on the linguistic theories. To this end, it is attempted to characterize several dialects and accents between the two languages and, if is possible, to classify them and to compare them. The main purpose of the research, considering the necessity of understanding the concepts proposed in the form of terms for finding equivalents in the other language, Is to reveal these concepts in the form of each of the terms proposed by prominent linguists in each of these two languages in order to find the appropriate equivalence and then to establish a research plan in the field of dialectology. The method of research in section I was to check in detail the concepts of terms in the opinions of prominent linguists along with analyzing them, and systematic matching in another language and in section II, It was attempted to present features of dialects and accents. In the concluding section, after presenting appropriate definitions and equations, it will be clarified the importance of checking dialects and accents for closer understanding proximity of both of these languages, particularly in the fields like language teaching. <span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 75%; font-family: 'B Nazanin'; letter-spacing: -.2pt;">گویش‌ها و لهجه‌ها حضوری پویا و بایسته در بسیاری از زبان‌ها دارند که افزون بر تنوع ‌بخشی به‌هر زبان، در بر دارندۀ مفاهیم و نکات زبانی بسیاریند و می توانند نزدیکی به‌زبان‌های دیگر، بیان کنند. مسئلة اصلی این پژوهش، یافتن انطباق مناسب در چند اصطلاح رایج زبانشناسی در گسترۀ گویش‌ها و لهجه‌ها بین دو زبان روسی و فارسی، بر اساس انگاره‌های زبان‌شناسان هر دو زبان است. در راستای طرح این مسئله، سعی می‌شود تا ویژگی‌هایی از گویش‌ها و لهجه‌های دو زبان بررسی شده و در صورت امکان، طبقه‌بندی آن‌ها و نیز مقایسة آن‌ها با یکدیگر صورت پذیرد. هدف اصلی پژوهش، بازگشایی مفاهیم موجود در قالب هر یک از اصطلاحات مطرح شده از نظر زبانشناسان مطرح هریک از دو زبان برای معادل‌یابی صحیح و در ادامه پایه‌ریزی طرح تحقیق در زمینة گویش و لهجه‌شناسی می‌باشد. روش تحقیق به‌صورت بررسی مفهوم اصطلاحات در آرا و انگاره‌های زبان‌شناسان به‌صورت جزء به‌جزء، به‌همراه تجزیه و بررسی و در انتها نتیجه‌گیری در بارة این انگاره‌ها و انتخابی مناسب و تطبیق اصولی آن‌ها در زبان دیگر در بخش نخست بوده و در بخش دوم سعی در ارائه ویژگی‌های گویش‌ها و زبان‌ها می‌باشد. در بخش نتیجه‌گیری، بعد از ارائه تعاریف و معادل‌های مناسب، به‌اهمیت بررسی گویش‌ها و لهجه‌ها برای درک نزدیکی بیشتر میان دو زبان، بویژه در زمینه‌هایی مثل آموزش زبان اشاره می‌شود.</span> https://jflr.ut.ac.ir/article_78582_02b7411a906760162d5ebb6b43cee446.pdf
